Postage, Returns and Other Policies.

POSTAGE

We post all of our items by Australia Post.  Postage throughout Australia is FREE!.  Postage internationally is as listed.

We always try to post out to every customer that completes the checkout before 1pm weekdays on the same day.  Any order after this time, will not go out until the next business day.

PRIVACY

Please do not be concerned about your privacy, as I will do everything possible to keep your information secure.  Paypal payments are a secure portal for information and is the Number 1 secure payment option over the internet.  Your name will however be added to our Database, which you will be sent regular emails about updates, deals, tutorials.  You can Unsubscribe from this at any time, and we will not be able to add you back on, but you can Subscribe again yourself at any time.

PAYMENTS

We offer numerous payment options including direct bank deposits, Paypal, Credit Card Online (through the Paypal system, you don’t need an account to access this) or if you don’t wish to do this you can Phone me on 07 41622040 to organize a payment.

Paypal payments are instant, which means we can post out to you straight away.  For bank deposits, we may have to wait 1 or 2 days for payments to clear.

RETURNS

In the unlikely occasion that you are not 100% happy with your purchases for any reason, please contact me via phone or email with the problem.  We will try to fix the problem wherever possible or refund the cost of the items (less postage) on the return of the items back to our shop.  Please note however all items are sent in good faith with Australia Post and it is up to them to deliver your item in a dry and undamaged way.  If you have a problem with letters arriving this way, please take it up with your local post office.  If however you have a parcel arrive damaged, which has damaged your items, please contact me as you may have insurance included on this item.
